Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and we are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request a 48 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list may miss the opportunity to receive services. -Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charge. -Notification given 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service(s). -Less than 24 hours notice or failure to show for scheduled appointment will result in a charge for 100% of the booked service(s).
